🔄 Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging

It must be unused and in resellable condition

You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip)
Please Note: We do not accept returns on final sale items or opened products.
💵 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.
📬 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@7ohydro.com with your Order #, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
