🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • It must be unused and in resellable condition

  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip)

Please Note: We do not accept returns on final sale items or opened products.


💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.


📬 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@7ohydro.com with your Order #, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email support@7ohydro.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your Order #

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
